Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver across UAE. Some remote areas may require extra time or fees.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within [1] business days. Delivery takes 1–2 business days for most of UAE cities and 3–5 days for remote areas. Delays due to holidays or weather will be communicated via email.



What are the shipping charges?

Standard shipping fee is FREE for orders over [150AED]. A 20AED shipping fee will apply if order amount is less than 150AED.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely! We use Shopify’s SSL-encrypted checkout to ensure your data is secure.Our payment gateway is TELR, a UAE based service provider. We never store your payment details.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

What if my product is damaged or defective?

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive the returned item. Timing depends on your bank/payment provider.

All products on our website reflect live inventory. If an item is out of stock, you’ll see a “Notify Me” button to request restock alerts.
